Description: This vintage Happy Capper hat is interesting. I imagine it was sold at the hotel on the inside label. It must have belonged to a tennis enthusiast. The yellow color and embroidered design is unique and the Maui Kea Beach Hotel Hawaii logo make this hat a real find. The hat company is an old one out of LA. Has white stripe on it, inside is lined and pristine. see pics. The hat is unisex and I would say a medium fit. There is no adjustment. There is a break I can feel in the bill of the hat that has a stiff cardboard material inside. It still holds its shape pretty well and I have it stuffed to remove the wrinkles. I think it must be a cotton blend. There are no stains or tears, and it has tags inside. The hat is perfect for those who love retro- could be as old as the 50s? 60's, 70's, 80's? It's a statement piece for sure! Super cute!
