It consists of a bra with padding and underwire and a belt. Bothe pieces are heavily decorated with bright blue sequins and chains with hanging bells and beads. This piece is in fair condition considering its age. Most of the sequins and bells appear to be in tact. The padding inside the bra is disintegrating significantly. Parts of the silk lining have begun to shatter. There elastic of the bra has worn out significantly.
