Description: Vintage Handmade 2.75", Paring Knife, With Hardwood Handle, Made In The U.S.A. Blade is 2.75", overall length is 6 3/8". Knife was hand crafted by Ore Hessler, The first name appears to be ORE, But not 100% on that, the date is etched 10-83. Blade is razor sharp. Blade is made out of hi-carbon steel. Blade has scratches, and stains, from normal use. Hardwood handle has minimal scratches, and marks, from normal use. Knife is 2 silver pins, 1/2 tang, hardwood handle.
