It is a one-of-a-kind piece produced in 1969 with the laborious process of sculpted greenware, hand painted, kiln fired then gold gilted. Proudly hand signed by the artisan, A. Hilbert, '69 to authenticate the provenance of the originality of this special piece. The candy dish has a glossy finish with solid gilding outside, accentuating the rim and delicate gold outline detail, bowl side. Measures 8 inches in width and 2 inches in depth, with a scalloped rim and key hole handle is a most elegant way to display your nuts or corral your small necessities. It is a vintage item, but has been well maintained and cared for, with hand wash only instructions to last another half century.
