It is the Shear Delight Model 348 manufactured by Hamilton Beach. It has two speeds and has a cream colored plastic housing and comes in its original plastic case. Dimensions are 6-1/2” length x 2" width x 1-1/4" depth and weighs about 10 ounces by itself and 15.2 ounces in its case. These shears are in very good used working condition with no visible surface wear or scuffing. The paper insert in the case is torn and the case has some glue residue on the case cover as pictured.
