Description: Vintage GUND Disney Rubber Face Pinocchio Stuffed Plush Doll Figure Rare Toy Early Gund x Walt Disney Pinocchio rubber faced with incredibly hard to find bouncy lead and bell. Cir. Late 1950's with very legible "Gundy" tag. Doll is firmly stuffed, and stitching looks very good. We were going to try and steam the elastic, but we've learned our lesson messing with hard to find toys, so restore at your own risk. He has been lightly brushed, and nose wiped, but isn't 100% cleaned I don't think. A little freshen up by a professional, and you'll have yourself a very nice example of the collaboration between Walt Disney and Gund around the time of the California Disneyland opening.Good condition. Missing bowtie ribbon, buttons? Rubber face is very good with minimal paint loss. No holes, tears or major stains but lightly discolored. Very good+ stitching. Very nice, legible tag with light discolorations. Elastic is creased and a little worn, but still stretches. Bell sounds proper, and rivets are corroded. No funk.
