Description: Up for sale is this rare Great Northern Railway (GN) pick axe head. The pick is stamped GNRY. It is noted in a pick. There is also some kind of stamping on the outside of the eye on both sides but I cannot make it out. The railroad started out with the GNRY stamp and later switched to GN. The pick axe measures 23 long and weighs 6 lbs., 9 oz.
