It has a chrome metal lid with a long push handle with a red plastic, flat knob. Push the knob down & the chopper chops up whatever you need to chop. It is in very good, vintage condition. No chips or cracks to the glass. No damage to the metal parts. The red plastic knob shows wear from normal use. Nice!
