There are direction on cleaning it and soaking the yarn for color release in English. Vintage (pre 1990) - made in West Germany Quite large at 40 x 85cm which is about 15.75" x 33.5" Not sure but I guess the metal rings are sewn onto fabric and then each day you stick one pom pom in the ring to cover the number.
