It has feet all the way around the computer and will function as a tower or a desktop.This one formerly held a Pentium 200, the motherboard and power supply failed, and have been removed. The 3.5 inch floppy drive is still there but is untested. I mostly left it to be sure you had any brackets needed for your custom build. This is a great case for a modern system with a vintage feel, or for your retro gaming rig. please carefully look over the pictures this case is not new, it has discoloration and some corrosion. It is structurally sound.
