Vintage G1 My Little Pony TORNADO MOUNTAIN BOY, COMB, Big Brother, Restored

Description: Vintage, super clean, dark blue G1 (1987) My Little Pony MOUNTAIN BOY TORNADO. Shiny, recurled hair with a few snapped hairs in mane and tail. One missing plug at very base of mane near nape of neck. Super clean pony with very slight surface wear (slight ear tip wear/discoloration on both ears and slight wear to hoof bottoms/edges & one rear fetlock shows micro wear to surface). His blue color is still clear and bold; minimal fade and no browning. Pony has some superficial scratches that show up in certain lighting, as is common with preowned MLPs (appear shiny and only detectable to the eye in certain light at certain angles). Eyes, freckles and cutie marks are all 99.9% factory perfect. Only micro wear to cutie marks; freckles and eyes are factory perfect. No VD** spots, rattles, mold, fungus, regrind or rust. [WalkInCloset; #MBT61] Ref. 283.1300 MODIFICATION DESCRIPTION: Pony fully de-rusted, sanitized and cleaned INSIDE/OUT (perfect, expert removal with zero damage to head plug or neck; head is poseable). All hair redyed (pink) except for mane strip; original, rusty washer replaced with rust-free, G1 washer; all vinyl brightened up using only pony-safe methods & products. BUNDLE DESCRIPTION: Includes original comb and tail ribbon plus all other pictured extras for enhanced display (recommend ages 12 and up).**I inspect all of my ponies for VD (vinyl degradation) spots prior to restoration and either remove them completely or mitigate their appearance as much as safely possible. MLPs do not get "cancer". The spots that sometimes appear with age are nothing more than mold or fungus that embedded in the vinyl in the past and certain plastics are more vulnerable to mold and fungi. These spots are easily treated, but they don't always fade. I safely restore and recondition MLPs. I do not conceal flaws or use edited or modified backdrops. I depict all of my ponies in natural lighting so that you know exactly what you are purchasing. As well, I offer additional photos of my ponies on request. My ponies' hair is styled using water alone (my special technique) or 100% all-natural, organic hair gel, so that the hair matches the pictures as closely as possible on arrival. It can be re-softened by simply stroking it with the fingers and then gently brushing it out. IMPORTANT: Necklines may not be "factory perfect" after head removal, so please be sure and request more photos if you have questions or expectations of perfection in this regard.
