It's quilted , so you can not open it up to receive an insert ~ MEASUREMENTS : The little pillow cover measures about 17 inches by 14 inches ( the square ) the ruffle on the pillow cover is about 2.5 inches wide ~ Condition ~ : This gorgeous set is in as found, not freshly laundered condition ~ they are each in really lovely condition With fading from time and use ~*~ ( please see photographs) Etsy W 14
