Description: This auction is for a Vintage Franklin Mint Midwinter Bouquet Brass Enameled Flower Arrangement 1977 Very heavy. Very pretty but the brass base is tarnished in areas. Tape measure in photos for sizing. Condition is used. Please view all photos for condition issues. I have lost vision in one eye over the past year and it’s a real struggle for me to list on eBay these days. I rely on my camera to capture the condition of my items.
