Description: Vintage style limited reproduction thick glass fishbowl in the "Giant Round Bottom" shape. This bowl was made in a limited run over 20 years of just 100 bowls with only 15 left for sale. These fit only a few of the antique fishbowl stands from the 1920s and 1930s and I have provided pictures of 2 of the stands that I know (absolutely) these bowls go to. Please look at the pictures and send me an image of your stand if you are unsure of the correct bowl.Size: 13 3/4" high x 16" wide x 7" deep. Plus 1/4" thick glass, which is double that of the original bowl from the 1920s. On the "Mermaid petting the Pelican" stand, this bowl simply drops right into the holder.On the rod iron "Spanish Revival" type stand you will need to bend the arms outward slightly although a welder in your area can do this with more precession. Use felt dots inside the cradle (always) so the glass does not rest directly on cold metal. This bowl is large and will be double-boxed, insured, and shipped through FedEx. Thanks for looking!
