This is the first and only FATIMA bubble bead rosary I have ever come across. I have come across several of the LOURDES bubble bead rosaries, but not the FATIMA. You will receive the exact rosary pictured. Blue Lucite Bubble Beads. Research suggests that at one time, the bubble beads held holy water that has since evaporated. The pater beads are heart-shaped. The rosary has a metal tag: LEGATURA ALPACCA and BREVETTO N. 585850 ITALY. Research suggests that alpacca is an alloy of copper, nickel, zinc and iron. It will not rust. The bubble beads are remarkably clear with some intermittent clouding. The colors are bright. 100% of the beads are present. Each bead has a reinforcement ring, top and bottom. 100% of the rings are present. The crucifix is complete with the INRI scroll (the letters N and R remain legible; the 2 Is have softened over time). The crucifix is marked FATIMA on reverse. The crucifix is in excellent to very good vintage condition. It is fully intact. The centerpiece is also in excellent to very good vintage condition. It is fully intact. The words on reverse are legible. NOSSA SENHORA DO ROSARIO 1917 TERRA DE FATIMA I believe the wording may be Portuguese. The centerpiece contains a soil relic behind a clear window, at the bottom of the centerpiece. The window is fully intact. The soil is clearly visible. The rosary is complete, intact and strong. Overall, this rosary is in excellent to very good vintage condition. It has all the original beads. It appears to have never undergone repair or replacement.
