Description: Vintage England Rugby Shirt Size 40/42 Fits XL White & Red Possibly 1980s This unique vintage rugby jersey, possibly from the 1980s, is the perfect addition to any collection. We cannot find any history or information about this piece, however the logo or badge on the chest is the Rugby Football Union crest, first introduced in 1970, so it makes sense the shirt is an England one. The condition is good, with no major issues, and it is ready for use. Due to its age, it isn't perfect: there is some yellowing on the collar, there is a hole in the sleeve, and a few small stains throughout. It is a size 40/42, fitting an XL, please use measurements to ensure it will fit. Measurements are overall length (top of shoulder to bottom of jersey) 34.5”, pit-to-pit 22.5” and sleeve length 30”. Allow up to ½” either way for manual measurement. Please see the photographs for full details of the condition. Please note there may be slight creasing due to postage.
