Description: This is a vintage rolling ruler. I'm unaware of when exactly the ruler was manufactured, but judging by the advertisement on the back of the ruler's instruction manual, this ruler was probably made in the 1970's. The ruler comes with one large manual which is well illustrated, and for some reason comes with two small manuals (which are identical to eachother; they are both in English and have the same information). The ruler is in good condition and is still reliable.
