Vintage DIM-A-LITE Lamp Socket on Desk Table Lamp, Machinist Industrial Lamp

Description: *Tested: Works great! I'm including the light bulb that was found with the lamp. Because of shipment shaking, it may not work upon arrival, but it will be included, so buyer knows what kind of bulb it uses. Socket is original antique, made and marked "WIRT Co. Phila., DIM-A-LIGHT, Pat. Aug. 26 1919, Made in USA" Its possible that the shade,arm, and base are made by a different maker? Unknown Base and arm is made out of magnetic steel. Shade is nonmagnetic; aluminum? Lamp shade is adjustable. Moves sideways and also up and down. With shade completely upright, the lamp measures approx. 17-1/4" Tall from bottom of base to top of shade. Base diameter measures approx. 5-1/2" Across. Lamp is in PRE-OWNED, USED, WORKING condition. Lamp's cord grommet is loose- buyer can probably just glue back on. Lamp has finish wear, scratches, scuffs, blemishes, paint wear, and paint loss. No dents. Cord is in EXCELLENT condition; no fraying, cracking, or exposed wire. Cleaning / polishing; left for the buyer to do. See pictures for details and condition. Pictures taken with and without flash.
