Description: This is a parts/repair listing. This is a nice Devry Institute volt-ohm meter. It's in good shape but untested. The needle moves smoothly. All controls move too. It takes 3 C cell batteries (not included). The original cardboard battery tube is in great shape. Bakelite (?) case, handle, meter glass and the dial are all in good condition. Please see the photos of the chassis for evaluation.
