Description: This is a VINTAGE DEMI-TASSE TEA CUP & SAUCER. MADE IN JAPAN. The set has a FLORAL AND GARLAND DESIGN. The base, handle and rims are highlighted in gold. The rim of the saucer is gently scalloped, giving the set an added elegance. The rim of the cup has a rough (but smooth) area about 1" long. I believe that it is a flaw in the glaze, and not a chip. The cup comfortably holds 2 oz. and the saucer measures appx. 4 3/4" in diameter. It's a beautiful little set and in very good condition. Shipping is $7.50 if within the USA.
