There are a few scuffs here and there, on the exterior case. There are a couple of scuffs/cracks, on the plastic of the meter. The face is in good condition with a few light scuffs here and there. The case does not fully close, as it has a small dent/bend in it.We were unable to test this unit, as we do not have the needed battery. Everything is complete, and all the connections, look to be secure.
