Description: Vintage dollhouse by De Luxe Game Corp. Thin wood-based laminate with paper surface called Tekwood. Door and front window casement windows self-hinged with inner layer of surface paper. Nicely printed decoration on inter walls and floors. One break of inner core on roof overhang on front dormer. Surfaces intact, needs an injection of glue to straighten. Surface scuffs here and there on outside as shown. Measures: 25 1/2" wide at roof overhang, 10 1/2" deep, and 17" tall. From the estate and personal collection of Dian Zillner, author of numerous books on Dolls, Doll accessories, and Doll Houses. Many of the listed items have been used as illustrations in her books.
