Description: Cute piece by Jonette Jewelry (JJ), who opened ‘shop’ in 1944 in the state of Rhode Island. (Once the jewelry capital) . This piece is out of the 70’s, haven’t seen one just like it. Some discolor on the arrow that is totally moveable. It’s a brass colored metal perhaps that type of cleaner would move the discolor. The rest is in nice condition, chain not included.
