Description: Barely used. One owner saddle. Built in the mid 1980s, when saddles were still made well. Almost new condition. Not even broke in yet. Built to fit a lady. Very comfortable, secure seat. This saddle was used for less than 30 days, to start one horse under saddle, in the round pen, and I rode in it, for 4 or 5 short trail rides. It has been sitting around on a saddle rack, in my house, for many years. I tried riding western. It just isn't my thing. I strictly ride English, so it's time to let this beautiful, well made saddle go to somebody who will appreciate it and use it. It's very high quality, thick skirting leather. Made in the USA, by Crates. One owner saddle. It has the original tooled leather stirrups. Does not come with latigo, off billet, or cinch. Selling the saddle only. I'm asking approximately half the price, compared to other, heavily used vintage crates saddles on Ebay. I very carefully cleaned it with leather therapy ph balanced leather wash, and conditioned with Skidmores, after I took the photos. This is a really beautiful, well cared for saddle, in excellent condition. Free pickup in Plainwell Michigan, or buyer pays $150 shipping, to the contiguous USA. The post office is the only shipping option in my area.
