Description: Vintage 5.5" tall clear crackle glass bud vase with a sterling silver band at the rim. The silver band is marked with British hallmarks. There's a lion for the .925 sterling standard and there are two other marks I can't make out. There's a little chunk of the silver bank missing and the silver has lifted some at that point.
