Spine shows signs of minor wear with a small tear on the base, but binding is well intact. Spine is cracked on page 172 (lies flat) but all pages are still secured to the binding. Cover pages have slightly worn edges with possible light water damage on the last three pages on the bottom left about the size of a nickle. No noted signs of missing pages, cutouts, handwriting or highlighting. Yellowing around edges of pages from age. See pictures for examples.
