The painting is in pretty good condition, with some minor issues including paint loss, dings, dents, chips, cracks, scrapes, scratches, nicked edges, smudges, and crackling. It could also use a good cleaning. The frame has minor nicks, chips, dents, dings, scratches, and paint loss, and it needs a good cleaning as well.
