Vintage Composition Doll~Old Chinese Gentleman w/ Original Clothing 9.5"

Description: Vintage doll with original clothing, made in China. This is an elderly Chinese gentleman, dressed in traditional costume. He has a composition head. The arms are also composition up to the elbow. Above that, they are fabric. The legs are made of wood to the knees. The upper legs and torso are fabric. The face is hand painted and sports a brown fiber mustache. The top of the head is painted white. This could be intended to be his hair or perhaps he once wore a hat covering this white portion. All clothing is intact, including shoes. The front of the silk skirt has faded. He measures 9-1/2" tall. "Made in China" printed on bottom of his left shoe. Each hand has damage to one finger. He can sit, as shown in the first photo. Arms move at shoulders. Head can turn slightly.
