Description: Vintage Cold War Era Soviet Russian Military Uniform. Complete, Has Jacket, Pants and Hat. Now, to start, I’m no expert in military stuff, especially Soviet. So I will do my best to describe this uniform, and please feel free to message me with any questions. The uniform is in good vintage condition with some signs of wear you would expect from a used worn item this age. I’ve taken about 2 dozen photos and have done my best to depict the overall condition (it’s really nice) as well as any flaws. I cannot find any sizes on the garments. In order to get a rough guesstimate of the size, I went and tried this on myself. Now I’m about 6ft tall, weight about 180 lbs. I’m fairly broad shouldered and chested from years of working out, but slim and lanky all the same. I wear a 31 waist by 34 pants. When I tried on the pants they were pretty close to my size as far as length is concerned. It was tight in the waist on me, so I’m assuming somewhere around a 30 inch waist. There is some tags with writing but obviously I don’t speak Russian. When I tried on the jacket, it fits pretty well except in my shoulders. If I had to take a guess of the jacket size, it would be the equivalent of a men’s large. The jacket has 2 stars on the lapels, some other badging, as well as 2 tank badges so I assume whoever owned this prior was involved with tanks the hat has some damage to the band, and it is missing whatever pin or badge that went in the front of the hat.
