Description: Vintage Citizen Electronic Cosmotron X8 October 1971 JDM This is a 1970 Citizen Cosmotron with a silver toned dial. This is an electro-mechanical watch which means it has elements of a traditional manual wind/automatic watch, but uses a battery and transistors as well--It is a hybrid technology and should not be considered to function in the same way as does an automatic. The date IS NOT quickset. 36.5mm case. A VIDEO OF THE WATCH IN OPERATION CAN BE MADE AVAILABLE TO PROSPECTIVE BUYERS (USUALLY WITHIN 24 HOURS) Condition: USED. There are light signs of wear and use to the case, caseback, dial, crystal, and bracelet that are to be expected on a 54 year old watch. It has been inspected and observed in operation for twenty four hours and its functionality has been confirmed by at least two of our staff. It will be further inspected prior to shipment.
