Made by Cherri Penner in 1993 There isn't a hook on the back to hang it up but you could easily put something on it. I can also see this used in Christmas quilt or a small pillow. Pre-owned. There is yellowing around the duck and the side of the red pants. There is also a small red spot on the front.
