Next dangling clown is attached to the top clowns feet by the green cord through the Basket down. Both outfits is multi-colored to match the colors of the balloon. Signed in gold and ingrained “Love Bev 1984” This is an adorable hanging lamp Hand Made in 1984 ceramic porcelain Slight chip on the base peace of the ballon and black hat chipped, glaze of at the bottom of the clown in green jacket. ( see last 3 pictures ) The Basket and clowns are removable Ornamental Gold chain and gold cord. Cord and chain together is 6 feet long and then cord continues for another 8 feet and 6 inches long.
