Description: I'm not exactly sure if this is correct, but I think this is called a candle plate. It has a little handle on it for carrying but I suppose it could be for a food item also. Pretty hand-painted floral design that was made in Japan. It has a maker's mark on the bottom (see Photo #3) but I don't know who it is. Looks to be a vintage item. Measures 6" across.
