Description: Vintage cavanagh hats New York made in Japan pewter. I'm classifying it as a peweter, I don't really know what it is, it's decorative and it's old. I'm not sure about the material, it's got a little weight to it, but I couldn't tell you if it's sterling silver or aluminum, or other cheap metal. I don't recommend buying this to sell to a jeweler, I would only buy this if you have a collection of cavanagh hats, like the brand, and or like the design of this decorative antique metal piece. 4" wide, 2" tall.
