Vintage Cardboard Advertising 1947 Calendar & Thermometer

Description: This is a vintage advertising cardboard partial 1947 calendar and thermometer. It is 3 3/4" x 9" in size. The thermometer has broke and the top piece is missing. The abbreviation on the calendar is L. I. and I'm not sure if that is another country or a local abbreviation for somewhere. Jericho Turnpike is in New York and I'm not sure if that is where this is from or not. This shows quite a bit of wear. Please let the photos be the best description.
