Description: Up for sale is an interesting vintage photo, depicting two women posed in front of a car that is located in a meadow with trees in the background. One woman (on the right) is seated and straddling the one of the automobile headlights. Her hands rest on each side of the headlight. The other woman (on the left) is standing but with her left leg propped on the front bumper of the car. It appears that she is holding a cigarette in her right hand. The car has a split windshield. There is a Missouri license plate (partially obscured by the standing woman) just above the bumper. (NOTE: I am not an expert on vintage cars, but I think that it should be possible for a car enthusiast to identify the make and model.) This photo, which has a total dimension of 4 inches tall by 3 inches wide, has an elaborate border. In each corner of the border is the word "ELKO". I believe that this firm was based in Kansas City, Missouri, which would make sense given the presence of a Missouri license plate. On the back of the photo are stamped the following numbers: "4" and "38". Perhaps this photo dates from April, 1938, but I am not certain.
