Description: Lovely pale celery green capelet with pink roses. I think it's probably from the 1940's but not sure. There is a collar so it wouldn't have been a shoulder cape for hair combing but rather a wrap to wear out. Downsizing and from a pet and smoke free home. Length from collar is 19" to the scalloped edge.
