MONROE COMPANY OF MERIDEN, CONNECTICUT. THE GLASS WAS PAINTED IN PASTEL COLORS AND DECORATED WITH FLOWERS. THICK ENAMEL FLOURISHES WERE ADDED TO WAVE CREST GLASS AS ADDED DECORATION.
