Black rim is in great condition.No visible chips or imperfections. Some black discoloration on white from manufacturing process. Overall this is close to excellent! New York - Great city view in black and white. Black rim is almost perfect! One small nick on side of plate. No other blemishes noted. Overall this is close to excellent!
