Description: This lovely bread basket liner is unsold merchandise from our family's linen store that closed in the 1950s. Since then it has been stored in our smoke free home. It is 16 inches x 16 inches when unfolded. This was made in the 1940s. It is probably linen and professionally embroidered. I am not sure what country it was made in. When Pearl Harbor was bombed all the Japanese made products were boxed and stored, so it could be pre-war Japan. We also had embroidered stock from China, Ukraine, France and Switzerland. It is a perfect addition to your collection or your table. Love it or return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Even if you've just changed your mind.
