The metal tag was removed when the chandelier was new. As previously noted light bulbs are included. The bulbs are slightly used and remaining life cannot be determined. Pictures are of the actual chandelier (excluding last photo). To accurately and safely package the chandelier, "calculate shipping" is based on an 11 pound parcel (parcel 25" x 25" x 16"). The final will with socket cluster cover will be removed to accommodate the noted carton size and to deter puncture of the carton bottom. The finial and socket cluster cover is easily re-attached by hand without the use of tools.
