This almost cartoonish characature of both vendors and shoppers reminds me of the street art and newspaper illustrations of the mid century Haymson Taught at Parsons school of Design. Has collections in the Smithsonian America Art Museum. Died 1980. This presumed print (prot not the original watercolor) is a bit yellow but otherwise in very good condition, presented as found in NY estate Printonly : L 13in W 11 in Framed in black and gold Greek key .
