Description: This sale is for a vintage book titled A Short History of Germany by Mary Platt Parmele. It was published by the Redfield Bros. of New York in 1897 for the Bay View Reading Circle Central Office, Flint, Mich. It is a hardcover that is approximately 5" wide x 7 5/8" high x 5/8" deep. The book itself is in fairly good condition for its age and as shown in the photographs. There is no musty smell, but there is slight foxing present. The top and bottom edges of the binding and the corners are dented, and it is a little dusty. There are also spots on the back cover as shown in the photographs.
