Less than half full with powder. Box has been taped closed by previous owner. (see pictures)This item was left behind at a house that we purchased. Information on the box: Preparing Walls or Ceilings for paints or wall coverings. Neutralizes Alkali - helps paint stick.Surface Preparation: The surface must be clean, dry and firm. All loose material, non-washable water paint and sizes must be completely removed by washing, wire brushing or other suitable method. Mixing directions: Slowly add one-pound Chex to one gallon of cold water. Stire until mixture is smooth. Allow to stand thirty minutes before using. Applications directions: Apply with wide brush or spray equipment. Coverage area is 400 to 800 sq. ft. If you have any questions, please let me know. We are not professionals.
