Description: This handmade in Mexico black velvet cat painting is vintage art. The frame was handmade also and is slightly coming apart at one edge. It appears they are just nailed together, so maybe a little wood glue and a clamp will make it sturdier. Also the large staples have went through the frame and the painting in a couple spots.
