Description: Today we have another charming piece of history: Vintage Glossy Black...1/4" recessed ceramic tile-in-semi-flush toilet paper holder with fine wood roller...New from old boxes. These have a Rich Deep Black Color...unlike the gray-black tiles made today.These were made by the New Jersey Porcelain Company. Please look over the pictures above and ask questions when needed.Note: any white spots in the pictures are just a reflection, items are solid black. Measures approx. 4-13/16" inches tall X 6-1/8 inches wide. Total Depth is 2-7/8 inches. Recessed portion is 1/4 inch This is a surface mount to be installed over the field tile (semi-flush) and not flush with it. There is about 3/16 inch overlay on the surrounding field tile; this is a very tight overlay, with a tile saw one can easily cut off the four corner extensions to create 5/16" overlay Depth needed for installation is 1/4 inch from finished surface Projection from finished surface is 2-3/4 inches. The recessed portion is 4-1/4" height by 5-3/4" wide...making your cut out 4-5/16" X 5-13/16" this will leave a little wiggle room.The largest size paper roll that will fit in this fixture is 5-inch diameter...Jumbo paper rolls will fit after removing a some of the tissue from the roll. Option: "Toilet Paper Roll Extender" available here on eBay...this little device will make Jumbo, Mega & large paper rolls fit into this fixture.
