NOTE: Please read online how to use it before buying.You can NOT leave this on the stove unattended.It works like a pressure cooker and if too much pressure builds up it will blow a gasket...Just ask my wife. She did it once and once was enough as it scared the S%$# out of both of us.Luckily it held together just fine. Just a loud bang when the gasket gave out and steam pouring out of the sides.That was years ago and we are still using the same pot. We didn't even have to replace the gasket.
