Vintage Barbie's sister Pose N Play Skipper doll in Sears Young Ideas 1970-1973

Description: This is a vintage Mattel blonde "Pose N Play" Skipper doll from 1973. She is in gently played with condition...as you can see she does hold her poses, I'm not sure how many poses her arms are supposed to have, but they do bend at the elbows.I have taken close up pictures of her plastic torso, where her arms go into, so you can see any melt marks...this is very typical for these dolls. Her melt marks are very minimal. Skipper has no bite, nibble, chew marks, and/or pin pricks. I have wiped her down so she is ready for display. She will come in the Sears "Young Ideas" outfit. I do not see any tag on the outfit, if it did come with one. The hat and top are soiled and it looks like someone tried to repair the top at one shoulder. The shorts, however, are in nice condition and still have stretchy elastic at the waist. I do not have any shoes to go with this outfit. Skipper will need new replacement rubber bands as her originals are gone and the ones that I have put in her hair need to be replaced again. She is marked on her right butt cheek: Mattel Inc., dated 1969, Taiwan. Please take the time to supersize the picture so that you can see/read all of her markings. I have taken plenty of pictures to show her condition. Overall, she does display nicely. Skipper will make a wonderful addition to any vintage Barbie doll collection!
