If it says new it has came to me in original packing or boxing through auctions, estate sales, store clearances, personal purchases or garage sales but still will be a new item never used. If I think it was used I will tell you that. Used or new, all the same to me when it comes to being an auction item. All clothing, unless noted by me, has come from garage sales and are USED clothing. I always wash them when I get home from my journeys. They come as described and measured in description.
