Rolled gold case front, stainless steel back. Dimensions: 25 x 28mm w/o crown; 38mm lug to lug; about 14.3mm between lugs. The dial has definite patina, with some darkened areas in the two lower corners. The primary numerical indicators (1-12) are all in good shape, as are the hands. There is some brassing on the ends of the lugs but from a top view the watch case presents well. The crown is a replacement. The watch winds and sets well; balance movement is robust and true. This movement is running strong but its service history is unknown, so it would do well to have a cleaning/oiling. Most men’s watches of this period were smaller than those of today.
